1. Definitions

Italian Chamber of Commerce for Switzerland” refers to the organization promoting the event.
Buyer” refers to the person purchasing a ticket for the event.
Ticket” refers to the entry pass to the event, issued in electronic format or confirmed via email.
Event” refers to the event for which the ticket has been purchased.
Website” refers to the official website of the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Switzerland through which the tickets are purchased – ccisandfriends.events.

2. Reservation and Purchase

Tickets can be purchased through the website (ccisandfriends.events).
Purchasing a ticket implies acceptance of these General Conditions.
The Italian Chamber of Commerce for Switzerland independently decides whether and under what conditions tickets can be transferred to another person. If transfer is permitted, only the original buyer will be able to request the transfer.

3. Ticket Price

4. Payment Methods

Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or Twint.
The purchase is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

5. Prohibition of Resale

Any exchange of purchased tickets for commercial or industrial purposes is prohibited. The purchase of tickets for the purpose of industrial or commercial exchange is also prohibited.
Any violations may result in the loss of services associated with the purchased tickets and may give rise to claims for compensation and restitution of profits from the original buyer and subsequent purchasers of the tickets.
In the event of a justified suspicion, the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Switzerland reserves the right to cancel the affected orders and charge administrative fees to the original buyer.

6. Refunds, Returns, and Ticket Validity

Purchased tickets are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Switzerland. In the event of cancellation, the buyer will have the option to choose between a refund of the ticket at its face value or its replacement with a ticket for a future event, at the discretion of the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Switzerland.
Payment fees and any handling or insurance charges will not be refunded, and the refund will be credited to the payment method used for the purchase.
If the event is postponed, the ticket will remain valid for the new date, with no possibility of a refund.
Returns or exchanges of tickets for other dates or events are not allowed, unless otherwise officially communicated by the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Switzerland.

7. Event Modification or Cancellation

In the event of a change in date or venue, tickets already purchased will remain valid, but the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Switzerland will offer the possibility to request a refund if the buyer is unable to attend.
The Italian Chamber of Commerce for Switzerland reserves the right to modify or cancel the event for reasons related to its organization (for example, if the minimum number of participants is not reached), due to a health crisis (e.g., an epidemic or pandemic, regardless of how many waves of transmission have occurred), or due to a comparable force majeure event (i.e., an external, unpredictable, and unavoidable event that cannot be prevented in time, even with reasonable care and by using technically and economically reasonable means — such as natural disasters, terrorist attacks, telecommunication failures, strikes, etc.).

8. Event Access

For each ticket purchased, the buyer will receive one access pass. It is strictly forbidden to reproduce, copy, modify, or imitate the ticket, or to distribute the related PDF file in any electronic manner.
The Italian Chamber of Commerce for Switzerland reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who does not comply with event rules or does not possess a valid ticket.
The buyer is required to comply with all safety regulations and instructions provided by the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Switzerland and the event staff.

9. Liability

The Italian Chamber of Commerce for Switzerland is not liable for any damage to property, persons, or objects occurring during the organization or execution of events. In particular, the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Switzerland declines all responsibility for postponements or cancellations of events, or for any shortcomings in the organization or execution of the event. Information provided through the website (ccisandfriends.events) or other official channels is prepared with the utmost care. However, the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Switzerland cannot guarantee the absence of errors, omissions, or delayed updates, and is not responsible for damages resulting from technical problems, service interruptions, or transmission errors.

10. Intellectual Property

The website (ccisandfriends.events) and all content accessible through it (hereinafter “content”) are protected under copyright laws and, unless otherwise agreed, are the exclusive and full property of the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Switzerland.
Reproduction (in full or in part), distribution, transmission (electronically or otherwise), modification, linking, or use of the content for public or commercial purposes is not permitted without the prior written consent of the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Switzerland.

11. Provisions of the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Switzerland and Ticket Validity

The provisions of the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Switzerland, which may be consulted upon request from the organization, must be strictly observed. The ticket buyer explicitly agrees to these provisions, in particular the safety regulations, as well as any other instructions specified within them. In case of violations, individuals may be expelled from the event. Tickets are only valid if purchased through the official sales channel of the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Switzerland and paid for in full. The ticket buyer is personally responsible for ensuring that the printed ticket is not misused (e.g., through unauthorized copies, modifications, or printing by unauthorized individuals).

12. Data Protection

The Italian Chamber of Commerce for Switzerland complies with Swiss data protection legislation and does not disclose collected data without the explicit consent of the buyer. Personal provided during the registration or accreditation process for the event, may be used for the fulfillment of contractual obligations, the sending of further information related to the event, and access control — and only within the limits permitted by law.

13. Acceptance of the Terms

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “GTC”) apply to all events organized by the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Switzerland.
By using the ticket purchasing service offered on the website (ccisandfriends.events), the buyer fully accepts the following conditions, without modification.
The Italian Chamber of Commerce for Switzerland reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time and without justification. However, such changes will not affect orders already placed.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These General Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
In the event of any disputes, the place of jurisdiction shall be Zurich, Switzerland.
